↟↟ Who makes this stuff? Hi there! I'm Deanna Jensen, the chief-everything-officer here at Dear Summit. I sketch all the designs by hand, pack all the orders to ship, and just about everything else in between. The waxed canvas pouches are sewn in my studio and waxed by hand, by me. The stickers are made to my specifications by some awesome folks in Ohio. The shirts are made of responsible materials right here in the USA, and I print every single one by hand. ↟↟ What are my payment options? You can use either a credit/debit card, or PayPal.
↟↟ When will my order ship? It's just me here, but I do my best to get your orders packed up and shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking info once your goods are in the mail!
↟↟ How long does shipping take? For orders within the USA, standard shipping is via the US Postal Service (First Class), and takes 3-5 business days in transit. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days in transit.

↟↟ Do you ship outside the USA? I do ship internationally. Expect your order to take 2-3 weeks in transit, depending on customs and other factors - Canadian orders typically take 1-2 weeks, some other countries may take 4-6 weeks or more, but the average is 2-3 weeks. Some countries charge import taxes and fees, for which you'll be responsible.
↟↟ Can I exchange or return my shirt if it doesn't fit? Yep! But only if it hasn't been washed, worn, or used on a grand backpacking adventure. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost (read the full return policy here). Just shoot me an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
